Jay Stoelting is a seasoned Vice President at ActOne Group, where he has been enhancing global workforce solutions through strategic relationships since 2010. Based in the Greater Chicago Area, Jay is highly experienced in designing and managing innovative talent acquisition and workforce management programs for clients of all types. His expertise spans technology, data analytics, and solution design, and his work at ActOne Group has significantly contributed to the firm’s recognition by HRO Today and Staffing Industry Analysts. Prior to AgileOne, Jay served as Managing Director and Partner at Thorn Network, Inc., where he oversaw the firm’s recruitment research and executive search practice. He later led recruitment processes for clients in industries including Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Goods Manufacturing, and more at Cielo Talent. He holds a BS in Psychology from Bradley University. His specialties include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Programs (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and strategic account management.
